Love Like Jesus Part 1

The story of the rich young ruler reminds us that idolatry isn’t just about statues or false gods—it’s about anything we place before God in our hearts. In our brokenness, we’re all tempted to seek security, approval, comfort, or control in things other than Christ. But becoming more like Jesus means reordering our loves. It means surrendering the idols that promise much but deliver little, and instead trusting the One who loves us perfectly and never fails.
