Sometimes we find ourselves in a particular situation or season of life where we need extra support. Maybe that’s because of an addiction. Maybe that’s because of a loss. Maybe that’s because we’re preparing for marriage. Whatever it is, we want to come alongside you and help you find the right resources. We have options inside our church, but we also believe there are times when it’s good and right to get professional help outside the church. We are here to help in any situation.

Professional
We believe that God uses professional counseling to bring healing, growth and redemption to our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual lives. At Citizens Church, we have established relationships with professional, Christian counselors who help us to care for our local church and the community.

Premarital
Are you engaged or looking toward marriage soon? A godly marriage involves the purposeful effort of two people moving toward a healthy union with each other and with Christ. We encourage pre-engaged and engaged couples to enter into relationships that include both individual and couple-focused reflection and growth.

Marriage Mentors
We are in constant need of seasoned married couples to volunteer their time to pour into the lives of engaged couples preparing for marriage. If you are interested in mentoring, we encourage you to fill out an application.
Care
We believe that care is a part of discipleship and that discipleship happens best in the context of community. At Citizens Church, much of the care offered takes place in Home Groups, Recovery Groups, and Steps, with each providing a different type of care.

Get support at our weekly Recovery Ministry

We offer a weekly ministry to those suffering and struggling. There is a time of worship and testimony, and then we break into issue-specific support groups.
